Tossed Salad

Ensalada Revuelta            Serves: 4  

Notes: A simple and delicious salad for a light lunch or served with dinner.

Directions:

1.Arrange tomatoes, onion, lettuce, and radishes on a serving platter, or toss them together in a salad bowl.

2.Using a blender, mix together garlic, olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, salt and pepper to make a vinaigrette type dressing.

3.Chill the salad and dressing until ready to serve.

Igredients:

2 Large Tomatoes
1 Large Onion (sliced)
1 Package of lettuce mix
6 Each Radishes (thinly sliced)

Dressing Ingredients:

2 to 4 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
