Cuban Rice Dish
Arroz a la cubana

Notes:Here we bring you some of the options that you can use, according to your taste, so that you do not forget the delight of this Caribbean land


Directions:
  • Cook the rice with water and salt and a pinch of oil for approximately 13 minutes. After cooking, stir with a large spoon so that it is shelled.
  • While the rice is cooking, place a pan with boiling oil or butter and begin to brown the sausages.
  • In the same way we fry the eggs separately
  • Peel the bananas, cut them in half lengthwise and brown them in a frying pan with a little oil.
  • Remove from the heat when the fried eggs, sausages and bananas are golden brown and place them on a plate.
  • Chop the garlic and onion to sauté the tomato sauce and add the bay leaf.
  • We mold the rice on each plate and add the fried egg, the sausages and the fried plantain to taste and we sprinkle the tomato sauce and pepper over the rice mold
  • Finally, we serve it hot and enjoy a delicious and quick dinner in less than 45 minutes the please the most demanding palate.
Ingredients:
  • 2 Cups of Rice
  • 8 sausages
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Cups tomato sauce
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt
  • Pepper
